The Principal
The school is headed by a Principal who is posted by the Teacher Service Commission (TSC). She is the secretary to the Board of Management (BOM) and Parents Association (PA) as well as being the Chief Executive Officer of the school. She is normally assisted by a deputy principal.

Board of Management
The school BOM is composed of 17 members appointed from the following categories of stakeholders.
• The Catholic Diocese of Embu who are the sponsors of the school
• The local community
• Special interest groups
• The parents through the PA
School Community Relations
The school is situated next to Siakago Catholic Mission. The school is in good relations with neighbouring institutions and the community at large. Most of the support staff come from the neighbouring community. The community is very supportive of the school.
Strategic Goals
The rationale of strategic planning is to align the school with the national education goals. The government vision 2030 lays great emphasis on education and training in order to avail the necessary manpower with the work ethics for pushing the country’s development. It recognizes that the education and training of all Kenyans is fundamental to the success of the vision 2030.
Towards the achievement of its education goals for all, the government has introduced free education at primary and day secondary schools. Additionally, it has put resources in development and rehabilitation of infrastructure in schools and training institutions. The key areas of interest are:
a) Improved enrolment
b) High quality standards of education and relevant education/skills.
c) Concern for environment and a strong work ethic, a culture of saving.
This strategic plan is therefore expected to lead the school to improve transition rates from both locally and nationally by availing necessary infrastructure in line with national and international education and training goals
